Job Description

Our Customer Success department is looking to add a top-notch engineer to be part of our implementation team in Mexico. We are searching for a talented, creative, and analytical persona to join us for a full-time basis.

Assistance to Customer Success Manager for implementation services
Follow milestones of the implementation process, ensure the Project's success
System installation and Configurations
Performing Data Integration & Management of Database processes
Monitor & Maintain the system process, ensure full system functionality
Provide 1 st tier Support, Coordinate with Client team (Business & IT)
Problem solving & Troubleshooting for complex technical issues
Collaboration within the team and across our global departments

Skills & Experience

Local residence in Mexico (CDMX)
Fluent English skills, spoken and written – Must
BSc/BA with a technological background – Must
Proficiency and Experience in MS SQL experience – Must
Proven capabilities in Excel – Must
Programming Knowledge in Python – Advantage
Knowledge/Experience with ERP systems/Information systems or Supply Chain
Familiarity of the Retail market and environment
Excellent analytical skills, technical and IT capabilities
Self-learning skills, High communication skills & a Team player
