    Are you ready to join a dynamic multicultural team at Meztal? We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Service Management (ITSM) Administrator to play a key role in our global operations. As an ITSM Administrator, you'll have the opportunity to manage and administer our IT service management platform, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service delivery to our clients.

    Responsibilities:

    • Administer and manage the ITSM platform to support the needs of our global clients.
    • Manage employee and customer accounts within the system, ensuring smooth access and permissions management.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for client interactions, delivering outstanding service and building strong relationships.
    • Work collaboratively with multicultural teams across continents, leveraging diverse perspectives to drive innovation and excellence.
    • Configure and optimize automation processes within the ITSM platform to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
    • Handle day-to-day operations within the ITSM platform, including monitoring, asset management, and patching.
    • Efficiently manage help desk tickets, providing timely resolutions and proactive support to clients.
    • Collaborate closely with internal teams to troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.
    • Stay informed about the latest updates and best practices in IT service management, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
    • Proven experience as an ITSM Administrator or similar role.
    • Experience with NinjaOne or other ITSM platforms is considered a nice-to-have.
    • Strong technical skills in IT service management and administration.
    • Experience with employee and customer management within ITSM platforms.
    • Proficiency in automation and scripting languages is a plus.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
    • Availability to work in a hybrid manner at our offices in Guadalajara, Mexico.
