    Our Mexico team is currently looking for a Customer Support Agent to provide our clients world class support.

    Your day-to-day

  • Answer first level support calls and emails from clients and offer a suitable solution
  • Guide and troubleshoot with the clients through diverse technical tasks such as audio connections and / or digital signage
  • Ensuring the SLA agreements
  • Create work orders for service visits, product shipments and replacements
  • Coordinate customer ́s service requirements with other appropriate department as necessary (programmers, KAMS, warehouse, technicians)
  • Communicate solutions, successes, and opportunities to improve our services
  • Make the client feel comfortable with the service
  • Daily monitoring status of every network

    • Your qualifications

  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Over 2 years of professional experience in customer services
  • Solution and customer oriented
  • Invest in continuous improvement and learning opportunities
  • Strong team-player
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excel / Sales Force knowledge
  • Multitask skills
  • High school certificate (Minimum)
  • Basic knowledge about digital signage and audio connections
