    1. Position Objective:

    Ensures production plans are met on time, with quality and safety, following organizational standards, guidelines, and managing process engineering activities to achieve company goals.

    2. Responsibilities:

    • Health, Safety, and Environment processes.
    • Ensure compliance with Company's Internal Work Regulations.
    • Adhere to work policies and guidelines set by the company.
    • Take care of company property and provided equipment.
    • Ensure production of parts within defined times and according to plan.
    • Maintain product quality standards and meet customer requirements throughout production.
    • Achieve EBITDA goals through efficient resource management.
    • Promote and execute improvement plans through analyses.
    • Contribute to layout planning for company growth.
    • Optimally plan and use machine capacities, maintain equipment reliability.
    • Control relevant process parameters.
    • Lead continuous improvement efforts.
    • Achieve cost, productivity, quality, and inventory objectives.
    • Ensure compliance with safety standards.
    • Maintain good communication with other functional areas.
    • Monitor continuous improvement performance.
    • Develop and train employees.
    • Interpret financial statements for corrective actions.
    • Define investment budgets.
    • Organize, staff, and direct the responsible area.
    • Assign personnel based on production needs and qualifications.
    • Guide, develop, and motivate direct reports.
    • Quality processes.

    Requirements:

    • Engineering or similar education.
    • Postgraduate studies in engineering (desirable).
    • Fluency in English.
    • Optional: Native German speaker (desirable).
    • IATF 16949 certification.
    • ISO 14001 / 45001 knowledge.
    • VDA 6.3 expertise.
    • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
    • Proficiency in Office tools.
    • Effective Communication skills.
    • Strong Teamwork abilities.
    • Analytical aptitude.
    • +3 years of managerial experience in the Automotive Industry in Mexico.

    • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
