    • "Sales Operations es un área donde desarrollas habilidades de análisis, pensamiento crítico, manejo de bases de datos (Excel se vuelve tu mejor amigo), automatización de procesos, solución a problemas y contacto directo con las fuerzas de ventas. Todo esto con el propósito de dejar tu granito de arena y contribuir para mejorar la vida de las personas, que es el objetivo principal que tiene Lilly. Sin duda alguna, es un área donde aprendes mucho y desarrollas muchas habilidades que te servirán para toda la vida.     Tus principales responsabilidades en Sales Operations serán:

  • Generar reportes con indicadores acerca de la ejecución de la fuerza de ventas de la compañía.
  • Análisis de datos para generar insights de valor acerca de la ejecución de la fuerza de ventas.
  • Proponer a la fuerza de ventas los clientes más potenciales conforme la información de auditorías.
  • Apoyar en la capacitación de la fuerza de ventas
  • Responsable de la administración de las bases de datos del área, así como de la actualización de la estructura de la fuerza de ventas de la compañía.
  • Contacto directo con fuerzas de ventas para proveer soporte acerca de los reportes generados e información general del área.

  • Estudias: Finanzas, Ingenierías, Actuaria, Economía, Carreras administrativas, data analytics y afines.
  • Te falta un año o más para titularte.
  • Tienes disponibilidad por las mañanas.
