    We are looking for a: Strategic Planning Director Requirements +8 years of agency experience.
    • Back of planning and strategy.
    • Graduate in Marketing, Communication, Psychology or Sociology (desirable specialization in customer intelligence or related) Advanced English.
    • Extensive experience in the development of brand, communication, marketing and innovation strategies for local and global clients within brand consultancies, market research or advertising agencies.
    • Business development.
    Activities
    • Market research (off and online and mystery shopper).
    • Structure, analyze and synthesize research in order to generate powerful insights.
    • Development of communication and brand strategies, as well as elaboration of integral plans between MKT, PR, BTL, Digital, etc.
    , through the application of different research methodologies, analysis and Design Thinking.
    • Brand building.
    • Pitch development.
    • Closing projects with clients.
    • Coordination with multidisciplinary teams and in different countries.
    • Leading local and regional projects simultaneously.
    • Mentoring of new elements and work teams.
    • Development of training programs and workshops for regional teams.
