- 8+ years of professional experience, in a technology and customer-facing role.
- 3-5 years of direct client management experience.
- Technical Project Management experience, including the ability to oversee software implementations, and ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Minimum 2 years of management experience, including building and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a history of driving impact within an organization.
- Bilingual English.
- Lead a team of 10-15 Technical Account Managers (TAMs) to provide top-tier technical support and technology configuration services.
- Manage team capacity, forecasting, financial performance, and resource allocation.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and retain exceptional talent.
- Offer coaching and mentorship to guide TAMs' career development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional counterparts to enhance the customer experience and shape product roadmap.
- Maintain expert knowledge of our platform to drive improvements in product quality and customer experience.
