    The Channel Partner Manager is responsible for manage Pall Energy+ market growth in partner with our local distribution. Using DBS and sales tools guarantee Pall presence in the main customers and territory with product, applications and marketing support to our partners. Incumbent will have the opportunity and responsibility to establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned Channel Partner and end user customer accounts in a multi-cultural region.

    This position is part of the Pall Latam Energy+ Team and will be located in Mexico City (preferrable) or São Paulo reporting to Latam Commercial Director.

    In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

    • Execute LATAM strategic business plan, drive the business development strategy and execute Global Channel Management programs in assigned territories.
    • Drive growth in each country guaranteeing Channel Partner focus on priority markets and applications.
    • Build best of class channel partner structure by adopting approved selection processes, securing presence in all targeted territories, managing / coordinating on-boarding and training activities.
    • Adopt standard processes to successfully manage, engage, motivate partners with focus on fully using channel partner tools.
    • Manage potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.

    The essential requirements of the job include:

    • Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering. Background in technology/equipment companies with more than 8 years of progressive experience in technical sales and industrial functions. Must have experience in dealing with channel partner and distribution.
    • Industrial process knowledge
    • Native Spanish language
    • Advanced in English.
    • Availability for travels.

    It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

    • Sales Force tools knowledge
    • Selling skills, Presentation skills, Negotiating skills
    • Experience with O&G business and Refinery market can be a differential).
