JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce and HubSpot Developer to join our team. The Salesforce and HubSpot Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce and HubSpot solutions to support our sales, marketing, and customer service operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design, develop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce and HubSpot solutions to meet business requirements and enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications and designs.
• Configure Salesforce and HubSpot platforms, including custom objects, fields, workflows, process builder, flows, and integrations with third-party systems.
• Develop custom Apex code, triggers, Lightning components, Visualforce pages, and other Salesforce and HubSpot functionalities as needed.
• Implement and manage Salesforce and HubSpot integrations with other systems such as ERP, marketing automation, and customer support platforms.
• Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of Salesforce and HubSpot configurations and customizations.
• Stay current with Salesforce and HubSpot releases, features, and best practices, and make recommendations for system enhancements and improvements.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on Salesforce and HubSpot functionalities and best practices.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations and integrations.
• Proficiency in Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation platform, including customization, automation, and integration capabilities.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce and HubSpot data model, security model, and sharing settings.
• Experience with Salesforce and HubSpot integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and middleware platforms.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Certified App Builder are preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• English proficiency of at least level B2 (advanced intermediate).
