    Insurance Manager (Operations Manager) with knowledge on Health Insurance Providers (Medical Insurances) from the U

    S and their policies-
    Responsibilities:

    _
    • Overseeing the hiring and training of the staff.
    • Efficiently managing the insurance department.
    • Planning and structuring the department workflow and staffing.
    • Monitor all KPI's and improve automation workflow.
    • Coordinating with medical staff to ensure that charts are sealed on time.
    • Develop SOP's and develop and oversee the training program.
    • Collaborate with the US based counterpart.
    • Additional duties as assigned.

    Requirements:_
    • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, health care administration, or related field.
    • Proven experience in healthcare.
    • Sound knowledge of health insurance providers.
    • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • The ability to work in a fast paced environment.
