    • Processing accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently, following company policies and procedures.
    • Verify invoice accuracy by matching them with purchase orders and receiving documents.
    • Assist in obtaining necessary invoice approvals and ensuring timely payments.
    • Help reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
    • Prepare and process payment runs including checks, ACH transfers, and wire transfers.
    • Maintain accurate accounts payable records in the accounting system.
    • Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment issues under supervision.
    • Support month-end closing activities including accruals and account reconciliations.
    Required Technical and Professional Expertise

    Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Recent graduates are also welcome. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise

    Basic understanding of accounting principles is preferred. Eagerness to learn and contribute to the team.
