    Por crecimiento del área, importante firma boutique especializada en derecho laboral se encuentra en búsqueda de una
    Recepcionista corporativa / Bilingue que tendrá como objetivo principal brindar atención presencial a las visitas de los diferentes clientes y socios


    Requisitos:


    • Escolaridad: Preparatoria concluida
    • Excelente imagen y presentacion
    • Excelente actitud y trato al cliente
      Tus principales actividades serán:
    • Brindar atención a clientes ante cualquier duda, queja o necesidad que tengan.
    • Gestionar y programar las reuniones, juntas y/o videoconferencias con las áreas y/o clientes involucrados
    • Realizar cotizaciones, dar seguimiento a pagos y reporte de proveedores y servicios, así como vigilar su correcta ejecución y/o entrega.
    • Manejar información y documentación confidencial
    • Gestión y coordinación de eventos anuales de la organización
    • Coordinar y preparar toda la logística para viajes y desplazamientos de dirección y de las áreas implicadas
    • Elaborar informes y otros documentos
    • Actividades como: bienvenida, tour por las instalaciones y resolver dudas en general.
    • Garantizar la correcta distribución de insumos y papelería de la oficinaOfrecemos:
