    We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as Business Analyst

    Responsibilities & Skills:

    • 3+ years of relevant consulting or Health Care industry experience
    • Experienced in business analysis, process consulting and/or process reengineering.
    • Ability to work with clients to understand business problems and provide consultation on process improvement strategies.
    • Participate in and/or lead the development of deliverables such as business requirements, process maps, etc., within the constraints of budget, time, and resources.
    • Experience working in iterative development environment such as Agile, Kanban, SAFe, etc.
    • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment.
    • Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience.
    • Manages own personal and professional development; seeks opportunities for professional growth and expansion of consulting skills and experiences.
    • Contributes to new business proposals and proposals development.

    "must have" skills:

    • SAFe Certification
    • Ability to analyze, document, negotiate and handle stakeholders at different levels.
    • Agile and data analysis knowledge.
    • English Advanced
