    Leads and performs basic & detailed technical operational activities (ex: design,
    testing, verification, FAT, commissioning) related to a part of customer project,
    or of a complete project when in a single technical application domain, until
    customer approval. In his/her scope of responsibility, identifies and manages
    technical risks and interfaces, and provides the necessary reporting to the project
    team stakeholders.
