    Role Overview:

    Responsibilities:

    Manage a team of mechanical design engineers and manufacturing engineersOversee the design and development of new productsEnsure that engineering projects are completed on time and within budgetCollaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to develop innovative solutions for customersImplement best practices for engineering design and manufacturing processesEnsure compliance with industry standards and regulations
    Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field5+ years of experience in engineering managementProficiency in SolidWorks and other engineering softwareStrong knowledge of GD&T and equipment design principlesExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentPay: $100, $140,000.
