    Una empresa líder en el sector químico tiene una emocionante oportunidad para un Gerente Técnico de Ventas - Protección Microbiana para unirse a nuestro equipo en México



    Requisitos:

    Las responsabilidades del puesto incluyen, pero no se limitan a, lo siguiente:

    • Generar crecimiento sostenible y rentable para el Negocio de Protección Microbiana dentro de la Unidad de Negocio de Cuidado Personal.
    • Presentar, promover y vender productos a clientes existentes y nuevos dentro de un territorio definido.
    • Monitorear e informar sobre el progreso de proyectos comerciales.
    • Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio (incluyendo nuevos mercados, áreas de crecimiento, tendencias, clientes, asociaciones, productos y servicios, o nuevas formas de llegar a mercados existentes).
    • Desarrollar sólidas asociaciones con clientes potenciales, clientes existentes, influenciadores de mercado y otros socios relevantes para generar nuevos prospectos y reconocimiento de marca dentro de la región respectiva.
    • Sostener y hacer crecer la base de clientes.
    • Mantener un conocimiento experto (mercado y productos) de las tendencias de salud y belleza, especialmente en el campo de los conservantes cosméticos, así como tener un dedo en el pulso de las nuevas innovaciones dentro de la categoría.
    • Colaborar y conectarse con todos los departamentos aplicables para garantizar transparencia y alineación.
    • Introducir nuevos productos, servicios e ingredientes.
    • Apoyo estratégico y orientación de socios de distribución, por ejemplo, soporte técnico, precios, visitas conjuntas a clientes, capacitaciones y talleres.

    Requisitos:

    • Como mínimo, un título universitario preferiblemente en ingeniería química/ciencias o equivalente.
    • 3-5 años de experiencia laboral probada como gerente de ventas, gerente de desarrollo de negocios u otro rol relevante en la industria cosmética.
    • Licencia de conducir.
    • Disposición para viajar (aproximadamente 50%).
    • Experiencia laboral en el campo de los conservantes cosméticos.
    • Conocimientos en investigación, microbiología o desarrollo de productos.
    • Fuertes habilidades de presentación y comunicación.
    • Dominio del idioma Inglés.
