What We're Looking For:

A bar raiser with a strong background in hands-on technical experience
Experience guiding teams through complex challenges successfully
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Ability to support and oversee engineers and Engineering Managers
Skilled in collaborating with engineering teams and advocating for efficient methodologies
Familiarity with small and medium business customers, Ruby on Rails, and modern QA practices
Track record in building billing services and demonstrating business acumen
Availability for weekly in-office collaboration

What You'll Do:

Lead your team in developing world-class solutions for small businesses
Guide the team to deliver a resilient platform and top-notch product
Work with Engineering Management to scale the team for future needs
Maintain high technical standards for all team deliverables
Manage and collaborate with engineers for team growth
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive revenue streams and product enhancements
Bring fresh ideas to enhance organizational development and team scaling
