    Como Team Leader de KYC, serás responsable de liderar y supervisar el equipo encargado de realizar las verificaciones de clientes para garantizar el cumplimiento normativo y la integridad de los datos. Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de cumplimiento y otros departamentos para garantizar que todas las actividades de KYC se realicen de acuerdo con las políticas y regulaciones aplicables.

    Responsabilidades:

  • Supervisar y liderar un equipo de analistas de KYC, brindando orientación, apoyo y capacitación según sea necesario.
  • Revisar y aprobar las verificaciones de clientes realizadas por el equipo para garantizar la precisión y la conformidad con las políticas y regulaciones internas y externas.
  • Realizar análisis de riesgos y evaluaciones de cumplimiento para identificar posibles áreas de mejora en los procesos de KYC.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de cumplimiento para asegurar que se cumplan todos los requisitos regulatorios en relación con KYC y AML.
  • Actuar como punto de contacto principal para consultas y problemas relacionados con KYC dentro de la organización.
  • Preparar informes periódicos sobre el rendimiento del equipo y las métricas de cumplimiento para la alta dirección.

    • Requisitos:

  • Experiencia previa en roles de KYC o cumplimiento, con al menos 5 años de experiencia en un puesto de supervisión.
  • Conocimiento profundo de las regulaciones KYC y AML.
  • Habilidades demostradas de liderazgo y capacidad para motivar y desarrollar equipos.
  • Excelentes habilidades analíticas y capacidad para tomar decisiones fundamentadas.
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera efectiva en un entorno dinámico y colaborativo.
  • Titulación universitaria en Finanzas, Derecho, Administración de Empresas u otro campo relacionado.
