    Capacity Management Lead

    Objetivo:

    Responsable del desarrollo del modelo de capacidades operativas para el servicio de envío a domicilio de eCommerce, asegurando eficiencia entre:

    1)Capacidad instalada, 2) Oportunidad de venta, 3) Niveles de servicio, y el 4) Cost to serve.

    Así mismo atender los cambios en demanda para ofrecer un mejor servicio a nuestros clientes y socios a nivel CrossBanner y Cross Channels.

    Responsabilidades:

    Desarrollar y planear la capacidad operativa necesaria con base a los objetivos de eficiencia y costo por Tienda / Club para satisfacer la demanda actual y futura.

    Simular procesos a través software para proyectar / evaluar los riesgos y eficiencia de la capacidad operativa contemplando cambios en demanda con base a forecasts, históricos, cambios en la tendencia, entre otros.

    Crear proyectos y planes operativos basados en una gestión por clúster, administrar las desviaciones en el plan, tomar acciones en conjunto con Op. Digitales, Op. Omnicanal y Last Mile con evaluaciones del impacto financiero.

    Atender requerimientos de ajustes de capacidades durante el día a día, contingencias y eventos especiales

    Proveer análisis para la toma de decisiones a través del monitoreo de indicadores clave para capacidad y demanda, así como identificar restricciones,bloqueos.

    Definir zonas de entrega para cada tienda, de acuerdo a demanda, capacidad operativa y tiempos de traslado, estableciendo un plan de trabajo que permita la revisión y ajustes de forma recurrente (semestral)

    Ejecutar cambios o modificación de zonas de influencia con base a requerimientos operativos y necesidades de la región, plaza o Tienda/Club

    Validar que la capacidad operativa y forecast de venta empate con los recursos asignados por parte de los stakeholdes y viceversa.

    Requisitos:

    Licenciatura en Ingeniería, Matemáticas, Actuaria, Física. Maestría deseable.

    3-5 años en puestos de gestión operativa, capacidad de la demanda o ingeniería de procesos.

    Inglés Avanzado

    Conocimiento de Workforce management (Pronósticos, eficiencia y productividad)

    Conocimiento de SQL o manejo de bases de datos

    Conocimiento en lenguajes de programación avanzada (R,Python,Matlab)

    Manejo de software de simulación (Ej.Arena)

    Conocimiento de Excel Avanzado(Macros,Solver)

    Comunicación efectiva e influencia

    Resolución de problemas

    Capacidad analítica

    Resiliencia
