    We are looking for a Onboarding Manager to join our growing team.

Scope: Accountable for the analysis, development and implementation of training strategies for new hire and up-training, plans, and processes to support organizational goals. Key Responsibilities. Responsible for:

    1. To improve training/nesting final throughput , by improving training and nesting curriculum, materials and delivery of training (Training Final Throughput %; Immersion DPAD)
    2. To help achieve excellence in the Winback Division, call handling and mastery of sales techniques, rebuttals and script delivery . (Salesmanship %)
    3. Identify and Improve Coaching Methods to enhance development of agents through coaching.(Tenured DPAD)
    4. To help achieve excellence in Winback department`s deals Payability , though Product, Procedure, Marketing 101 and Omotenashi knowledge (Payability %)
    5. To Onboard and Train New Leaders to perform leadership roles inline with 411 Leadership Foundations and Department Requirements. (Salesmenship, DPAD)
    Common Responsibilities. Responsible for:
    1. Develop Needs Assessment process and create an Instructional Design Process with appropriate delivery methods and post-training evaluations.
    2. Recommend solutions for performance issues and potential areas of training for new or tenured representatives.
    3. Work with all department leaders for key employee relations projects and initiatives that have strategic and organization-wide impact.
    4. Provide support to Department Leaders in responding to trainee issues.
    5. Coordinate efforts to ensure the full utilization of all site training facilities, processes, resources, and equipment.
    6. Work closely with management to ensure that all policies, programs, and processes are developed, implemented, communicated, and consistently administered in compliance with organizational objectives and with relevant laws and regulations.
    7. Resolve and respond to Training issues and questions from leaders and employees on the application and interpretation of processes and policies.
    8. Continuously seek and support new approaches, practices, and processes to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Training services that includes, but not limited to the following:
      1. Observe Classes – both for front-line staff and leaders
      2. Observe coaching sessions and validate its effectiveness
      3. Provide Feedback to Sales leaders on tasks.
      4. Listening to call recordings
    9. Conduct Onboarding training for new leaders
    10. Work with HR and top management to identify and implement training and development programs for leaders that are aligned to the organizational goals
    11. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned that are appropriately needed to address business needs.
    12. Uptraining and Developmental of Department Leaders
    13. Coordinate, Manage Registrations and perform follow up discussions on Leaders enrolled in Company Leadership Program
    14. Conduct Onboarding training for new leaders
    Work Conditions
    • Remote, Work from Home
    • Work hours: 7AM to 4PM PST. Presence before or after these work hours may be required based on business needs.
    Compensation
    • Base Salary
    • Attendance/Punctuality Bonus

    KPI's are subject to change depending on business needs. Proper notification will be issued prior to implementation.
