    The role of T&D Shared Service Business Relationship Manager is the primary liaison between T&D shared services and internal partners, ensuring alignment of services with business objectives, and delivery of high-quality services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, relationship building, and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of T&D processes and technology solutions.
    The role will be based in Guadalajara, Mexico.

    Accountabilities :


    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key collaborators across the organization, including T&D leaders, HR business partners and business unit leaders

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for T&D Shared Services, addressing inquiries, providing mentorship, and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.

    • Identify areas for improvement and work with shared services teams to implement enhancements and address and issues or concerns raised.


    • Find opportunities for innovation and process improvement to enhance service delivery efficiency and effectiveness.


    • Communicate updates, changes, and improvements to stakeholders a timely and clear manner, soliciting feedback and addressing concerns as need.

    • Facilitate accurate and timely business demand forecasting for input into learning shared services resource planning.

    • Establish key performance indicators and metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of T&D shared services.

    Essential skills


    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources or Organizational Development or related field


    • 5+ years of experience in T&D or HR, with a focus on stakeholder engagement, relationship management and service delivery


    • Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with collaborators at all levels


    • Deep understating of Talent & Development processes, technology solutions and standard methodologies


    • Extensive experience of leading change and process improvements within a customer facing environment


    • Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills to a senior level. Ability to build rapport and develop credibility as a strategic partner


    • Successful track record in influencing and negotiating change, both in leading new proposals and in positively shifting of existing opinions


    • Experience at conflict negotiation and problem-solving


    • A self-starter with a high sense of purpose, value-driven focus and willingness to take the initiative
