    Role and Responsibilities We're currently seeking a full-time Data Support Associate II to help improve the performance of renewable energy facilities through site data that is complete, accurate and timely.

    You will collaborate on a team that is designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions that enhance the toolset available to developers, owners, and operators of renewable energy generation and storage assets around the world.


    Responsibilities include:


    Receive and fulfill application support requests from wide range of customer stakeholdersProactively identify risks, opportunities, and issues to verify that the highest level of customer satisfaction is achievedDocument application support procedures and deliver to internal / external audiencesDocument activity and coordinate via Project Management systemsSupport and contribute on various project activities, including SCRUM meetings, project plan updates, internal communication, tracking progress of tasks, and follow-upParticipate in client presentations and functionality demonstrations Additionally, a successful candidate will be able to communicate clearly with internal personnel, clients, and partners to translate complex issues and requirements into actionable next steps and deliverables.

    They must be highly organized with the ability to keep track of multiple simultaneous projects.

    Preferred ExperienceAt least 2 years IT/OT systems management experience and knowledge in:

    server hardware; network infrastructure; firewall configuration; cybersecurity; and data storageExperience with Data Acquisition System (DAS) or SCADA software platformsAbility to read electrical, network, infrastructure, and cabling drawingsScripting and task automationUnderstanding of SaaS cloud-delivered software, data integration and remote collaborationKnowledgeable of SDLC and specifically web applicationsExcels at coordinating efforts via Trello and JiraPrior experience with visualization tools (e.g.

    Tableau, PowerBI, Redash) is a plusExperience working cross-functionally in both technical and non-technical team settingsRequired Qualification & EducationMinimum 2 years of related professional experienceDirect or indirect end-user service experience and/or experience providing remote supportProven capability to work on a remote team To perform the job successfully, the candidate should demonstrate competencies in performing the essential functions of this position by performing satisfactorily in each of these competencies.

    Analytical problem-solving mindsetExcellent technical communication skills (verbal, written) for range of audience (low-tech to high-tech)Present information to both in-house and client audiencesBe able to both lead and take direction as an effective team playerExceptional organizational skillsProficiency with standard office and project management softwareEthical, responsible, and reliableFirm understanding of Excel for basic data transformation and analysisExperience with scripting languages (e.g.
