    If you're ready to bring the best, come join the Human Resources team as a Talent Management Lead. You'll be responsible for providing executional and advisory support to the Americas to enable effective Talent Management Processes (Talent Review, Succession Planning and Performance Management. You will also drive standardization and scalability of our talent processes. This hybrid role is located in Queretaro with the expectation to be in the office 3 days per week / 2 days at home office – subject to change.

    Based on your performance, you'll have the opportunity to grow in your role. Plus, on the days you're in the office, no matter which office you'll be at, there will be a free snack to enjoy the brands we're all so proud to represent.

    A Taste of What You'll Be Doing

    • Consulting & Recommendation: Provide recommendations to Functions/COEs on how to use the organizational talent tools based on actual implementation.
    • Project Management: Work with the Global COE to project manage the global deployment of tools and materials that will move the Kellanova's Talent Philosophy and Leader Commitments forward.
    • Experience Integration: Integrate regional and global experiences to align talent and performance management approach, processes and tools.
    • Reporting & HR Analytics: Pull ad-hoc reports to provide relevant metrics around talent and performance management. Provide high-level analytics on how does the Function/ Region is managing talent and performance. For example: Succession bench strength in terms of D&I or successors' readiness.
    • Partnership and Processes Standarization& Execution: Work with other GBS teams, COEs, and HRDs to deliver talent processes in the most effective way. Drive the execution of talent processes and contribute to the standardization and simplification of the execution of global talent processes and their tools.

    We're Looking for Someone With

    • Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Psychology/Management or a related field.
    • 5-7 years of experience in organizational development and/or HR business facing roles.
    • Strong communication skills (spoken and written) in English and Spanish.
    • Excel proficiency.
    • Analytics and intellectual curiosity – Capable of reading and cross data to provide insights.
    • Experience implementing talent and performance management processes and methodologies.
    • Customer oriented and collaboration skills.
