    Roles y Responsabilidades

  • Mapear como actualmente operan las áreas de Sales Operations dentro de la región LATAM. Identificar las fuentes de información, su procesamiento y la manera en que son reportados los resultados de operación a la organización.
  • Diseñar estrategias que impulsen la unificación y consolidación de los diferentes procesos y reportes a cargo del área de Sales Operations a nivel LATAM.
  • Detectar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos y proponer soluciones de automatización que permitan reducir riesgos, liberen tiempos manuales de administración de data y generen el correcto flujo de información para la operación, trabajando en conjunto con las áreas de tecnología e implementando nuevas soluciones tecnológicas.
  • Ser un jugador activo y de alto impacto en la transformación analítica del área y de la compañía.

  • Agilidad: La persona debe demostrar alta agilidad de aprendizaje tanto técnica como en su comprensión del entorno empresarial.
  • Perspectiva: Propone estrategias realistas y con una perspectiva de beneficio a largo plazo.
  • Influencia: Influye y colabora con otras personas y equipos siendo un impulsador para que los proyectos identificados como necesidades del negocio se implementen. Partnership importante con el equipo de tecnología (IDS) y los equipos regionales y globales para el desarrollo de soluciones (dashboards, reportes, etc).
  • Foco en cliente: Identifica eficientemente las necesidades de los clientes y propone ideas que las satisfagan.
  • Innovar: Promover nuevas ideas a través del pensamiento creativo y estratégico que provea soluciones a situaciones complejas relacionadas con la administración de la información. Dichas soluciones deben ser sostenibles en el largo pazo dentro de la compañía. Curiosidad por la data para identificar la mejor forma de usarla y crear resúmenes simples de data compleja.
  • Acelerar: Capacidad analítica y estructurada para leer la data y proponer modelos analíticos que ayuden a la ágil toma de decisiones.
  • Cumplir: Mostrar disciplina para administrar eficientemente diversos proyectos. Aplicar metodologías de administración de proyectos. Mostrar obsesión por los detalles para identificar oportunidades y/o mejoras.

    • Requerimientos:

  • Educación: Ingeniería, Ciencias Computacionales, Ciencia de Datos, Matemáticas o Estadística, Sistemas de Información, Economía, Finanzas.
  • Experiencia con herramientas de análisis e inteligencia de negocios para el procesamiento y visualización de datos.
  • Deseable conocimiento en programación: SQL, Python, R, Excel
  • Deseable conocimiento con herramientas de visualización de Data: PowerBI, Tableau, Microstrategy, QlikView, QlikSense.
  • Deseable conocimiento de ambientes en la nube: Sales Force, AWS.
  • Habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita
  • Influencia media alta con otros quipos
  • Deseable conocimiento de portugués
  • Nivel inglés medio-avanzado
